Payment Processor Terms
These Payment Processor Terms (the “Terms”) set out your rights and obligations regarding payments on the mag.online platform (the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by Online Payment Solutions OÜ (registration number 17449916), a private limited company registered in Estonia, with registered address at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linнаоса, Vesivärava tn 50‑201, 10152, Estonia (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms form part of our Terms and Conditions of Use.
1. Payment Processors
1.1. The Platform uses licensed third‑party payment service providers (“Payment Processors”), including Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, Checkout.com, Mollie and others, to facilitate payments between buyers and sellers. Payment Processors handle payment transactions on our behalf.
1.2. Each Payment Processor has its own terms and policies that you must accept in order to use their services. By making purchases or selling through the Platform, you agree to be bound by the applicable Payment Processor’s terms of service, privacy policy and acceptable use policy. Failure to comply may prevent you from using the payment services.
2. Use of Payment Processor accounts and identity verification
2.1. As a seller you may be required to register for or connect an account with a Payment Processor. You must provide accurate, complete and up‑to‑date information and update it as necessary.
2.2. Payment Processors may require identity verification to comply with anti‑money‑laundering (AML) and know‑your‑customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide any information, documents or verification requested by us or the Payment Processor. Failure to do so may result in suspension of your ability to receive or send payments via the Platform.
3. Data sharing and privacy
3.1. To process payments, manage risk and comply with legal obligations, we may share your personal data with Payment Processors. This may include your name, contact details, device identifiers, IP address, transaction history and identification documents.
3.2. Payment Processors process your personal data according to their own privacy policies, which they will make available to you. We are not responsible for how Payment Processors use your data; you should review their policies.
4. Disputes, chargebacks and refunds
4.1. Payment disputes, chargebacks and reversals are handled according to the applicable Payment Processor’s rules. You agree to cooperate with us and the Payment Processor to resolve any such matters.
4.2. Refunds are subject to our Money Back Policy and may be processed by the Payment Processor. Fees may be charged by the Payment Processor for chargebacks or reversals; you are responsible for any such fees arising from your transactions.
5. Limitation of liability
5.1. The Platform does not provide payment services and does not control Payment Processors. We are not liable for any losses, damages or expenses resulting from acts or omissions of Payment Processors. Your use of Payment Processors is at your own risk.
6. Changes
6.1. We may update these Payment Processor Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the “Effective from” date or by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.
