Acceptable Use and Prohibited Items Policy
This Acceptable Use and Prohibited Items Policy (the “Policy”) governs what types of goods, services and activities are permitted on the mag.online platform (the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by Online Payment Solutions OÜ (registration number 17449916), a private limited company registered in Estonia, with its registered address at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaоса, Vesivärava tn 50‑201, 10152, Estonia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Platform as a seller or buyer, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Use, Payment Terms, Payment Processor Terms, Money Back Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Prohibited items and services
The following items and services may not be listed, sold, offered or purchased through the Platform under any circumstances:
(a) Illegal activities: Goods or services that are illegal under applicable law, including stolen goods, counterfeit items, human trafficking, wildlife trafficking and any product or service that infringes intellectual property rights.
(b) Regulated goods: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, weapons or weapon parts; controlled substances (including narcotics and psychoactive drugs), tobacco and nicotine products; alcoholic beverages; or pharmaceutical products requiring a prescription.
(c) Gambling and prize‑based transactions: Lotteries, raffles, sweepstakes, gambling or betting services, sports betting or any activity deemed gambling under local law.
(d) Adult content or services: Pornography, escort services or any sexually explicit materials or services.
(e) Financial products: Securities, shares, bonds, options, derivatives or investment products; foreign exchange or money transfer services; insurance products or any activity regulated as financial services.
(f) High‑risk or unethical services: Pyramid or Ponzi schemes, get‑rich‑quick programs, sale of personal data, or services that promote violence, discrimination, hate speech or harassment.
(g) Prohibited by payment providers: Any goods or services prohibited by our Payment Processors’ acceptable use policies, including but not limited to PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy, Stripe’s Restricted Business List, Adyen’s Prohibited Products and Services and other similar lists.
2. Restricted items and services requiring pre‑approval
Some items or services are high‑risk and may be permitted only with our prior written approval and subject to additional conditions. Sellers wishing to offer such items must contact us and obtain approval before listing. These include:
(a) Charitable fundraising or donations; (b) Dietary supplements and herbal products; (c) Events involving ticketing or entry to regulated venues; (d) Digital goods with subscription models or recurring billing; (e) Other items that we deem high‑risk or subject to enhanced regulation.
3. Seller responsibilities
3.1. Sellers must ensure that the goods and services offered comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where they and their customers are located.
3.2. Sellers must abide by our Payment Processors’ acceptable use policies and may be required to accept additional terms from the Payment Processors. If a Payment Processor or regulatory authority prohibits a particular item or service, the seller must immediately remove it from the Platform.
3.3. Sellers must provide accurate and truthful descriptions of their products and services and may not misrepresent quality, origin, availability or any other material aspect.
3.4. Sellers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licences, permits or authorisations required to offer their goods or services.
4. Platform rights
4.1. We reserve the right to monitor listings and remove any content that violates this Policy, applicable law or our other terms.
4.2. We may suspend or terminate a seller’s account, withhold funds, report to law enforcement and/or payment providers if we believe that the seller has engaged in prohibited activities or provided false or misleading information.
4.3. We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

If you believe that a listing or user violates this Policy, please contact us at support@mag.online. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
